Return of purchase
If the Ultimatum product is not suitable, you do not like it, or it is faulty, fill out a return request from your personal account or come to the official Ultimatum store.
The period during which you can return a new product is 14 days. This period begins to count from the date of delivery of the purchase.
The period during which you can return a product that has failed during use is 365 days. This period begins to count from the date of delivery of the purchase.
